I had been playing SoS for quite a period of time probably I'd say an hour ago. I got off and played a little Guitar Hero. I come back to see that when I press the login button, it vanishes for a second, and then reappears as if I had refreshed it or something along those lines.

Anyone else having this type of difficulty?

You need to give more detail then that, so we can help.

Thats all that happens. I'm not sure what you want. I place in my username and password and the window vanishes for a moment and then it pops back up with my username and everything still typed in the blanks, but I can't log in.

Ahh, the wonders of restarting a computer.

I just restarted and low and behold, it works.

Sorry for the trouble.

Thanks!

It appears that your Secret of the Solstice game client may have been corrupted during either the download or the while installing. You will most likely need to reinstall the client in order to make your game work properly. Here are the instructions below:

1. Click Start
2. Go to Settings (If using Class Start Menu)
3. Click Control Panel
4. Double Click the “Add or Remove Programs” icon
5. Scroll down the list until you find “Secret of the Solstice”
6. Click “Change/Remove”

Once you have finished uninstalling the Secret of the Solstice game client, you will need to re-download it. The instructions can be found at the following website:

Thank you for your patience in the matter and I hope this resolves your issue. If not, please feel free to contact us by sending an email to support@outspark.com with details regarding your specific issue and your computer specs attached. Thank you once again!
