HellKnight, I have personally looked into your account and validated your access to both Fiesta and Secret of the Solstice. You should be able to log in normally to both games if they are installed. Thank you for your patience and I do apologize for any frustration this may have caused you.

This email has not come yet:confused: I really wanna play i have austin.rr.com and i have waited a day now. I have tried to re send it through edit in my account but it still has not showed up? I really wanna play:mad:

I am having the same problem but mine is sc.rr.com. Problems with validating roadrunner accounts? I tried two different e-mail aliases on which I still have not received a validation e-mail.

I just want to play Solstice with my wife.

Baladorr, there may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider Road Runner. I suggest contacting them directly to ask if they have any reason to block incoming email from Outspark.com. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) and/or Anti-Virus software you are running are disabled

I am having the same problem but mine is sc.rr.com. Problems with validating roadrunner accounts? I tried two different e-mail aliases on which I still have not received a validation e-mail.

I just want to play Solstice with my wife.
Check to make sure your spam filters are off, and also check your spam bin to see if the message was diverted there.

I'm having the same problem as the other people here, but i have a comcast email address, and it isnt going into any spam folder as far as i can tell. Can anyone help?

Well, I don't know what kind of spam filtering comcast has, but you can try the above methods mentioned, like using a throwaway hotmail account. You can also try contacting CSR_Cretz through PM on the forums, and I'm sure he could help. You will have to be patient if you go that route though as he gets a rather large amount of mail in his PM box.
