Go to Balderan Mining Village.
Top Right. There's 3 Portals.
Its'the bottom portal of those 3 Portals.
You need be Lv.10 be a Rouge + Few Items + Adv Lis.

In addition to the "Few items" You actually need pork(15 I think,), Kill 5 Monkey sentenals, and Monkey ornaments(10)
