Skills suddenly blocked?

My friend and me encountered a strange problem today. It never happened before, but today we both got it.

When you're playing suddenly all skills stop to work! No matter what skill you want to use or what target you select it'll always say "Incorrect target". My friend is mage and I'm cleric.
My party died because of this bug because I suddenly couldn't heal them anymore. TT

that happened yesterday with a mage in my group as well. he even relogged a few times. finally after about the 5th relog they began working again.
