dunno if they are overplayed but they certainly are popular. The only thing is, is that they can split into 2 classes so where will people go once they get so high in level? I will aim for lvl 66 and beyond :D

Most Forums I go on strive to have good posts with good grammar and at least one whole sentence. I mean he could have at least gave us his opinion.

And to be on topic, Yes I believe that have become over played. I myself am a Rogue (Neophyte) and I've noticed that about 70% of the population are Neophytes where it was far less in CB.

I have seen LOTS of my friends that used to be mages/acolytes/fighters walk down the rogue path now.. I think they thought it might be more fun? dunno lol.. I am currently a Neophyte and am only doing it to go on the Archer route as I did previously in CB. but I do agree we have more neophytes now than ever..

I think Neophytes are very popular. I like to see more Apprentices, Acoyltes and Squires because of there being so many Neophytes.

They are popular because they split into the 2 most played classes amongst almost all MMORPGs.. Archers and Rouge ;o. So give it some time and you will see a nice variety of archers and rouges running about ^_^

I was in a Party of 6 Neo's.... It didn't turn out that well.

Neo's have the hardest time leveling at first, There attack speed is kinda still slow and they have lest power and defense then fighters, But I solo, Party are fast lvling.

i think neophytes need mostly agility. at lvl 40 im 13 power, 38 agility, 4 stamina.

i have been in partys all the time that i play i all way seem to have at lest 3 noes in the patry and then two heals. They are way to many rouges but i there are alot of healers as well most of which are going to be templars.

Having a party of two rouge over 21 and a healer you can kill many monster of really high levels. last night i was with my friends a level 24 heal and 26 rouge and me 25 rouge. we where figthing monsters way past are level. we would both use blindside and we would only get hit one per monster. star teddies are beastly at our level.

Everyone is a neophyte because most of them will changed to the archer tier. They are quite effective. I plan on making a character for the neo path, and the scout path.

the trouble with playing solo is that you het dammage, and it takes pots or sitting time to heal. this slows down your advance. i always like partying with an acolyte.

i have done a far amount of soloing as well as partying but with the cost of pots for me to level well, it takes my money down to fast. rigth now i have 100k and i have all the aromer and skills i need for when i get to level 36.

i best thing about partying is that your bubby list fill up pertty fast. :)

That musta sucked >_>;;..... neos imo are weak pvm because of their lack of dps at a low level... my damage was like... double a lvl 45's and i'm a lvl 40 app xD

wads the stats u pump ? do we need to pump POW ? i heard when higher lvl we are able to reset our stats , is that true ? im lvl 28 right now , 4 POW 4 STA 29 AGI all 1 . isit good or bad ? im soloing mobs , kinda fast

I've only used parties for 2 of the levels i've gained so far, and I'm about level 30. I solo in Routouer Valley and Party in higher regions.

I used to be a rouge in CB. Didnt like it wasnt very fast lvling for me but thats cause i went way out of my league. For me i think my choice of a different class was good. But ill make a rouge save sooner or later.

i think they'll be able to solo for a while, being the strongest in the 45-66 bracket. but in the long runa gainst really bad mobs i expect they'll neet to party witha tank, they can only use gnome binding on one mob at a time and only for limited time. there is also only so far you can run back if they are really nasty, as if you run too gar you'll get aggro from other mobs that you pass.

Rogue type classes were always most popular in games.
World of Warcraft: There were so many rogues. not enough guilds for them. Ragnarok: sooo many assassins.

The rogues in this game are so popular because they not only split into scouts which is another popular class (thinking of all the snipers in ragnarok) and they become assassins which nearly everyone loves. I'm hoping to be at lvl 66 by the end of this month >.<

actually neophyte class was the most common, nowadays i see only scouts everywhere i go. it seems like most people were too impatient to lvl a neo to 66.

Yup, because for some people getting to 66 can be a bit too hard...and scouts are just a different change of pace.
