i got a lvl 16 quest, but i forgot wher do i start it (not promoteion)

If you are still lvl 16, buy the Quest Guide Book from the Item Shop for 500 kron. It'll show you all the quests you received when you turned that level.

Well like Shiryou said, it's hard to answer a question w/ so little information. At least if he's ever in game and the same situation comes up he knows that the book exists. And it's not like 500 kron takes long to make back.

How to earn 500 Kron fast? o.o
And they are only 3 level 16 quests, so it's not hard to answer without more information.
I'm pretty sure one of the quests was to talk to the Guard outside of town.
