there's a gold scammer named<Removed>' and <Removed> they act to be a gifter but scammed the gold after getting gold

Please do not blacklist.
If you would like to report a user for violating the rules, please take screenshots/video as proof and submit a ticket to a CSR. You may find the link to the ticket page in my signature.
Also keep in mind that buying/selling gifts for in-game currency is not allowed.
