Is it possible to change which production skills you chose?
If so how do u do it?

Can I get more skills added as I progress through the game?

You can only get two production skills per character.

You can get stronger production skills of the same type, though. For example when you learned how to make Elrue[1] you can later learn how to make Blessed Elrue[1].

Make alts. Give them the production skills your main doesn't have. The storage is shared by ALL characters on the account. Put the materials there and draw them out on the character with the appropriate skill.
