is there a way to share exp with party members? like same exp to everybody? im new here and that information is vital to know what build to make to my cleric, or battle one or full support one, need help here asnwer please, thank you :)

Exp is shared automatically in the group based on that members level.

well so to have exact even share exp, the party needs to have the same lvl? or like 10 lvl max diference is enough to make the exact share? cause i did a experience, lvl 2 to lvl 13 and i won 1 exp in every monster, if im lvl 3 and hes lvl 13, the share will be the same so that i need to be lvl 13 too to have exact share or theres a lvl limit to make it happen?

Yes. To have the EXACT same share of the exp, the party needs to be at the same level... Probably down to the same percent, if you want to get an even distribution without +/- 20 exp difference, but that's pretty much impossible.

When in a party, the highest leveled player will always get the most exp.

Nope no way.
But you can always make a 5 member party and kill slimes, then everybody gets 1 exp for each slime (400% exp increase). ^^'

This game doesn't really allow you to leech lower level characters which is a good thing imo... you can still play together because let's say you're level 30 and play with a level 15 friend and you kill a monster that gives 100 exp then you'll get around 90 exp and your friend gets around 20 exp per monster, which will still be more for your friend percentually because you need 10 times more exp than him already.

lol. i didnt notice that lvl 1-13 had same exp in partys. then again at lvl 1-13 i wasnt in partys alot. it just slows u down
