This is the official thread for our guild. First, I would like to bring our guild codex to your attention. If you agree to those terms, you make request to join the guild. Everybody is welcome to join, regardless of their in-game status.

=============================FrostGuardians Guild Official Document===========================

Welcome to FrostGuardians guild! This is the official document of the guild. Here you will find everything you need to know to succeed as a great guild member. For your comfort, the information has been carefully organized. Please, take your time reading this document and review it periodically, I will do my best to personally review and revise it as well.




-=Code of Conduct=-

The code of conduct is to be strictly followed at all times. Failure to do so may result in appropriate actions which may be taken instantly, or carefully discussed by the staff and taken later, depending on the violation which has occurred.

1.Always respect all guild members. If you have a conflict with a guildie, please inform the staff, before you make any personal decisions. Do your best to avoid conflicts.

2.No disturbing/offensive actions or language will be tolerated. This includes unnecessary and continuous whining, chat spamming, begging and/or upsetting other guild members.

3.As a guild member, it is your duty to help the staff of the guild fix any misbehavior of other members. In case of an emergency (no staff available), please do not take any decisions, if you are not authorized to do so, and do not threat the guilty person. You must inform the staff as soon as possible.

4.Basic rules of conduct are to be followed. If you are not sure if you can perform some action (including verbal), you may ask the guild master. There will be no penalty, unless it violates the previous points in this topic.




-=Guild Academy=-

This section covers the rules of treating academy members. Please, keep in mind that academy members may not view this document.

1.Every guild member is welcome to invite anybody to join the academy. You do not need to ask the staff for permission.

2.Helping academy members is greatly appreciated and is occasionally rewarded.

3.If you are an admin and wish to claim academy master (AM) rights to take care of the academy, please contact the current AM or the master.



-=Guild Storage=-


This topic is partially related to Guild Academy topic.

1.The guild storage is carefully organized by the master. In the storage you will see spots that are reserved for academy rewards. Feel free to fulfill the missing slots, but keep it organized the way it originally was. Do not right-click to donate, as it will not arrange properly.

2.If you wish to donate an item different from academy reward, please check the bottom of the second storage window first, and see if there is space available prior to donating the item. Do not right-click item from your inventory to donate. If you do so by accident, please notify the guild master.

3.Money donations are freely accepted at all times and are greatly appreciated.




-=Promotion System=-

The promotion system is subject to the ultimate exception principle, but is to be followed strictly otherwise. Fiesta guild hierarchy: Member -> Guard -> Council -> Admin -> Master

1.Becoming a member of the guild is considered a promotion. Please, recall that to become a member of the guild, you must be level 60 or above.

2.There will be no assigning within the first 24 hours of joining the guild. This means that to receive your first promotion, you must be registered as a guild member for a minimum of 24 hours.

3.Only one-step raise is allowed in a 24 hour period. Please, refer the hierarchy chain above for clarification.

4.Every promotion must be earned. Use your creativity to impress the council/admins or the master of the guild.

5.Any promotions, especially admin duties, will only be assigned upon master's personal decision.

6.If you get demoted, do your best to improve your performance and possibly regain your assignment in the guild.



-=External Politics=-

We value diplomatic relationships with the other guilds. It is guild members' responsibility to keep a good name for FrostGuardians guild.

1.Every member of FrostGuardians has the right to be friends with any other guilds and their members. Guild-wide conflicts are not involved into this and there will be no penalty for befriending any guilds, unless it violates other parts of the codex.
2.If you have personal problem with somebody else, please do not try to use the guild's name to cover yourself. In case the other person attempts to involve FrostGuardians in the conflict, please notify the guild master of it. Generally, in case of any conflicts, please try to act as mature as possible.



-=Ultimate Exclusion Principle=-

Every member has a right to get an exclusion from the rules, listed above. However, there will only be ONE opportunity per person. Only the guild master decides when to apply this principle to a certain player.



These are the main rules you need to know to succeed as a great guild member. Please, be advised that only the guild master or the admins may edit this document, try to aviod fake copies.
Never accept this document from anyone other than the guild master.

ATTENTION: We have successfully merged with Hero guild. Thanks to Mozilla, the GM of Hero. We will be working together to re-build the Hero once again with FrostGuardians members as a start.
