hmm 4pow u will notice straight away, and in my experience starting off strong with 4/1 will help you in the short term, u will be able to take on monsters others cant and easily dispense those at your lvl.
however, come around lvl 30 or so, your agi will start to show just how shallow it is. you will miss occasionally and your crits will come once every full moon along with your dodging.
That said, its not impossible to get by on this, infact that high POW will get u through almost anything around your lvl... just expect to stock up on mp pots and be resting a bit more than usual.
However.. this is all hypothetical knowledge from what others have said, all of which i take with a grain of salt.
Im using 2pow/1agi like 90% of the squire population, and at lvl 42 its very stable, infact.. its working quite well in comparison to not only my own class, but all the others.
However, until the laters lvls i wont know if i have cripled my build or not. :)
So take it from me, on 2/1, i am more than strong enough to take on things my lvl and beyond. So 4/1 may be a bit excessive on the POW side. but thats my opinion.

....I am (dont laugh) 21pow 10agi 10stm 5men 1wis (at lvl 34)I regret not going full pow but I cant fix that now anyways unless I re-roll another fighter (have a post on that)

Well.. I don't advise you to go full pow.. Because you will sticking on low lvl maps the whole time if you don't want to rest alot or spam pots, i'm currently lvl 35 full pow and I have to stick to low lvl maps due to my low hp.

So a 2/1 would be the average build for a squire right?

so, agility effect attack accuracy? I've been going all power so far(only lev.24). If i start missing, i suppose i should add some agility?

well.... im a level 52...
and im only 39pow, 12agi, 7men, 6 sta and like 8 wis or something like that,
if you party alot dont bother getting wis cause its only needed for blazing which isnt really needed in parties cause you have acolytes healing...... shuda moved the 8wis to pow, thats just how i feel tho

agi does not effect accuracy, nothing does, the only useful part of agi for squire is the dodge rate, and you might be better off getting STA for more HP

its my opinion. AGI for squire is useless. if u put 10 agi u will get like -0.01 attack speed. yes it increase the dodge rate, but the monster hit u like 20 times u can only dodge 1 or 2 times. think about it...

Hit rate = Accuracy.
And men affects hit rate =/
