Help?

Heya there, folksies. I'm one of the new guys on the block, and well...

This may just be me being an idiot, but I'm having troubles. I downloaded and installed the program just fine, I guess, but whenever I try to run the program, it suddenly says "Errors occured: See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' for details.

I'm not really someone that knows how to work such things (unfortunately >_<) and I need some advice. Anybody willing to lend a newb a hand?
