Missing skill sandstorm?

Unable to purchase Level 1 Sandstorm skill from the NPC. Seems like this is the ONLY level 1 skill book missing from the list, why? Please add it cause I'm getting bored of the few skills that are available.

Sandstorm is a lvl 81 skill which you can only use as rogue, assassin or shadow master. There are no 2nd Job skill books at the NPC. You'll get it from Monsterdrops or have to buy it from other players.

btw. you reached already lvl 81? O.o

i have sandstowm safely in the hotell waiting till i get to level 81 (man that will take some time!).

Why does it say Lv restriction 45 then??? Look at the skill icons from the skill master.. it shows the skill you get in order... next up is sandstorm then extract then evil voice.. why is the order all messed up then... it shows Sandstorm which should be lv45, then extract lv50ish, then evil voice lv60ish.. also, why would a lv81 skill be in the Neophyte skill list? Assassin job is lv66...you won't even get sandstorm until you become one, why make Neophytes skill to lv81, wth? explain that then -,- ... That is a definite screw up there <.<...skills out of order! please fix it put correct lv for sandstorm and include the lv1 sandstorm skill... tired using same boring skills

the GM's cant fix everything in an instant, i expect the developers will fix a ton of stuff then we may get a patch or something
