View Full Version : Disconnected and getting strange message during login

I got disconnected randomly today and when I try to re-log in now it gives me these two message boxes and then just shows the login window again. What do they mean and is there a solution to this problem? I have tried exiting and re-launching the game but the same thing happens.

it happened to me but i had to redownload the game

I apologize for the frustration this has caused. We have received reports of this happening and are currently investigating the matter. We are expected to resolve this issue in the near future. In order to best resolve your issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

By default, this file is located at

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe

If you for some reason are unable to obtain any of these details, just provide us with partial information if you can. Your information will help us locate the problem and solve the issue faster. Please email these details to support@outspark.com and we can then provide this crucial information to our developers to accelerate our progress towards an eventual resolution.

Since I first got this error (the infamous "¿¡•¯" message boxes) back in december of last year, I have gotten it almost daily ever since. To be quite honest it is beyond the point of annoying and inconvenient and until the developers can get their act together to fix it, I'm leaving the game. Technical support leads nowhere. These errors have never appeared in any old or brand new games on this same machine with the same exact hardware. I'm no longer going to sit around and let this one game continue to corrupt my system. It was fun while it lasted.
