have a chance to reset the points?

when a neo become a archer.... do they have a chance to reset the points just like in the lvl 16 or they have to keep the same

Now I'm confused, I asked this question in general discussion and they said you can only reset once in OB now, in CB it was different.

Unless I misunderstood or blah, i can't look into the thread now or anything since I only have a 5 minute break and have to go.
