How to do Kingdom Quests

Hiya everyone.

Guess who was bored? Yeah, that's right. So, while I was wallowing in my boredom--or something like that--I recalled the days of my cleric's beginnings way back when at the start of my Fiesta experience. In those days, the mysterious thing called 'KQ' (Kingdom Quests) was something beyond my knowledge and understanding--I knew they existed, but how was I supposed to participate? Well, seems like I'm not the only one running along on this thread (no pun intended) as I have seen many a new player pose the question "How do I do Kingdom Quests?"

Well here you go for those of you who actually check the forums before getting started. This is how you get into a KQ. I understand this has been done several times before--but look, I have pictures and in-depth instructions! Sort of...

KQ Tip:

As many avid KQ-goers know, during certain hours of the day for many players, getting into a KQ is a very timely and competitive business. It helps to get prepared several minutes before the recruit time to get into an area less full of lag and/or to log off and log back on a minute or so right before the time so you are clear of lag. It also helps to have a clock/watch of some sort with a second hand, so you know exactly when to log off, log back on, and be ready to press that 'Participate' button.

KQ Quests:

The town chiefs in Elderine and Roumen will give you quests that can only be completed in the KQ. Be sure to get them, you may as well get some more experience while you're at it!

LOL wanna know why there are open slots? this is 3:00 in the MORNING for the majority of fiesta players. once it gets past a certain hour, then kqs are way easy to get into. :3

ahhh, after spending a lot of time to figure that u come and say it simply, where were u before??!!:mad: anyhow there is a note i dont know if its true or not but be sure that ur pc clock is correct (in another word synch. it with one of the global time site) when i bought a new pc, i couldnt log in no matter how hard i tried, but after correcting the time, it was easy

and the first time i found out how to do kqs my char was already lvl 20+ in cb2. x_X and a friend had to talk me through it lol. yeah those were the good old days...

The insanity is finally over. It kept saying too low for participation or something like that.... I was not using that icon I was trying to go to the quest giver then trying to join in a city beyond my level.

you can't find any? well, you either haven't reached the minimum lvl requirement to do the kq, you need to scroll down the kq list, or something's wrong with your kq window.

Hi - great graphics etc, but I cant even work out how to get into the tutorial..... the nice helpful lady says talk to her, fair enough, but how? If anyone can give me some guidance would appreciate it as this looks a cool game and I'm sure once i've done the tutorial i will be able to play lol

Are you talking about the very first quest you're given to talk to Helper Remi? Well, just click on her until a black chat box comes up, and then click on the yellow links and read what's there. Then she'll tell you to go find Healer Julia, who is up at the top of the stairs (behind you) and to the right. If that's not what you're talking about then, keep talking, I should figure it out eventually, lol. XD

click the icon that look like a sandhour.... choose a kingdom quest and if the *Schedule* turns to Recruiting then choose *Participate*understand?

This guide is good.. except the only thing is the time for recruiting. Usually it starts 2 minutes earlier then the planned time. For example, it the kq was supposed to start recruiting at 4:02, it usually starts at 4:00 approximately.

Can you explain deaths in Kingdom Quest?

I mean - sometimes I die in the quests, and someone revives me. Other times, I die and just click the ;move' button and it revives me immediately. But, last time I clicked the 'move' button, it actually took me out of the quest and back to Rouman. Why did it change?

It's not that it changed, you used up all your 'hearts' (see them right under the timer). You can 'revive' yourself twice then you are out of the KQ. If you can wait for a cleric to revive then wait, only when you have to then use your hearts :)
