speak with reinmoth in arcarina's square
get to level 16 and collect all 4 pieces of jureah's pendant (you can buy them cheaply from player shops)

To become a squire, you have to:
-Be level sixteen.
-Have all pieces of Jureah's Pendent. (1/4, 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4)
-Talk to Reinmoth, have everything above, and pick which class you want to be.
-From there on, it'll be explain by an NPC for futher instructions.
