Yes, this has already been done to a certain extent by the wonderful Outspark Staff and to a great extent by Summit, but I felt like elaborating a bit to give my two cents on the issue--'cause I have awesome screen shots that the other help threads don't have! Plus I feel like spamming the forums more with my threads.
Moving on...
Here is a lovely list of the very basic frequently asked questions many a new player has been known to ask (or at least think about), listed in no particular order with a healthy amount of screenshots and links to other forum posts and information--so generally this is just a large compilation of information gathered from numerous sources. If you have questions you think should be added that are not already here, in the Outspark Guide, or in Summit's guide, (or you want more of an elaboration + screenshots) then leave a post and I'll add them on.

1. Who are you?
Hi there, my name's Keya. I'm your friendly neighborhood shout chat specialist and guide-addicted forum stalker. Yes, I lead a fun life, I know. I also like cookies. Right, now that that's over let's move on to the real questions.
2. How do I get a horse, ride it, and feed it?
You can buy the level 1 hobby (horse) from Item Merchant Pey [F5] for 500c. In order to ride it, however, you need to purchase the riding skill scroll from Skill Master Ruby [E5] for 500c. Then you need to buy flotation stones, also bought from Item Merchant Pey, to feed your hobby (you get 50 for 250c). To feed it, get on your hobby by right clicking on it in your inventory, then right click on the flotation stones until you see the little yellow bar in the hobby window go up all the way.
Also, when you get to level 20 and complete your job change quest, you can go to Elderine and buy the level 20 hobby, which goes considerably faster. This can be purchased from Item Merchant Kenton [D5]. You can also buy the flotation stones from him.

3. How do I equip my weapon?
You will be automatically given a weapon to equip the moment you first enter Fiesta. To equip it, press I to open your Inventory window. You will see a weapon in the first slot. Right click it and it will appear in the equipped section. Below is an image to illustrate, using the beginning cleric weapon as an example.

Right clicking on usable items in your inventory will allow you to use them, whether they be scrolls, town scrolls, flotation stones, hp/sp pots, or armor and weapons.
4. How do I join a party?
Click on the character you want to party with. Up at the top center of your screen their character information icon will appear. Right click on the image of their face and select 'Party Invite.'

Then a screen will pop up asking them to accept the party invite, and it's up to them whether or not they will. Whether they do or do not, a notice will appear in the Command Box at the lower right hand corner of your screen.
5. How do I quit a party?
Go up to the upper left hand corner of your screen and right click on your face--because it's so beautiful, that's why. Then select the 'Quit Party' option. Also, if you are the leader of the party a small crown will appear in the little blue circle (as seen in example image) and you can set the Allocation of the party, or how the drops from monsters will be divided up.
Free Allocation means if you pick it up, you get it. Sequential Allocation divides the drops up among party members, so even if you pick up a drop you might not get it--but someone in your party will!

6. How do I level up?
Kill things and get experience. Obvious answer, but I'm thinking you're asking something more. Look on your map. You are the little heart icon (party member icons are little blue clouds if they are on the same map as you). To get started killing monsters, run off along the strip of blue-gray street to the strip of green (on the grid map, it starts at [E2]. There you will find some little purple blobs called slimes. Kill a few of those and you will level up! Another way to get experience is to do quests. Information on quests can be found in the How To Play guide found in game or on the Fiesta site's main page.

If you can believe it, this took me quite a while to figure out. Thus I played the first couple of levels on my cleric zoomed in all the way. It was a painful experience. So, to avoid it, you can either use the page scroll on your mouse, or you can use the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard.
