Apparently, one of my accounts on outspark was banned because someone thought I was violating the ToS. I had 2 accounts so I could a majority of class on windslayer since there are 12 classes in all (1 acc = 5 characters). Even though I didn't do anything, I was reported, probably out of spite from another player, who assumed i was hacking to get to a high level. Basically, Outspark heard one side of the story and they automatically assume it's true, even though its not. I tried to get my account back, but, after several weeks, they finally send me a message saying it's final and anything I send to them will be ignored. It makes me wonder, can I start reporting players, and get them banned from Outspark, even though they're innocent? I honestly think that Outspark handles problems ignorantly, and it's becoming an annoyance.
The games are fun, the forums are interesting, and their are some cool players, but I don't think I should waste my time leveling, or buying sparkcash, when their is always someone who can get you banned for no reason.

Contact a CSR (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/list) if you believe you were treated unfairly.

Word of advice: Don't attribute to malice what can be explained with error. Also, try to post in the right section in the future.

As stated previously, please contact a CSR to discuss this further. All account issues are not open for discussion on the forums as they are private. However, if they have already stated the reasons behind the action then there is nothing more to do than to accept it and move on.

Outspark does not ban people out of spite or without good reason. Account actions are taken very seriously and when they are placed.

Thank you.
