Is it possible to swap your production skills once you've chosen? I inadvertently picked a skill i don't want, i didn't know at the time because i was very new, and now I would like a different skill, is it possible to swap our are you screwed, i would hope that would be made clearer if theres no way to change a skill, thanks for any help!

Nope, once you pick them they are yours for good.

But!

You can make an alt ( I have one of each class) and give them the skills you want.
Not only can you make yourself self sufficient in production skills, but you can also use them for extra storage. ( 2 extra bags per character.)

The Storage is shared by ALL characters on the same account. Put the materials you want in storage and get them out with the appropriate character.
