Monsters' Damage

Hi everyone, does anyone know how are damages dealed by monsters calculated? Like for example, if we are wearing +1,+2 and +3 armor etc, how is it calculated that how much does the monsters deal? It would be great if someone could let us know how to calculate the damages?
