I believe MEN affects casting speed. @_#
If you want something that affects attack speeds- Then you'll want AGI. For skill strenght, INT..
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. xP

Some stats actually contribute to other things than their intentional purpous. Such a Agility, which is intended for dodge and attack speed, it also brings up 1 Attack every 2 points. Just like how Str is intended for Attack(2 points, however, not 1), it also brings up walking speed and attack speed as well.
