It's been like 2 weeks already and I still have to get a response for a ticket I submitted last Nov 30.

Issue: 30 day mini-houses are not actually 30 days but only 15 days!

Yup, I purchased a 30 days mini-house only to open it and see it's meant only for 15 days. Else, I would not waste sparkcash for only a 15 day mini-house. George Bush style marketing. :mad:

I would visit the forum list of GMs/CSRs and just give a PM to one of them to inquire on if its being updated/worked on or not.

EMAIL: <ticketing@outspark.com> and put in the header complain or problem; i.e.: RE: Complain. Put your concerns into email and send away.
