My charas lose the hair dx

i need help cause when i enter 2 of my characters has lose the hair now they looks ugly >< and when i enter in the game they dont have hair and the little king crown is floatting after the maint all was fine but now ... and i dont wanna buy other deluxe cupon to fix that anyone can help me >< plzzzz..

correcting.... i try to see what happen cause i have the little king crown equiped

i take off that and my hair come back to the normality

so can fix the little king crown cause that make lose the hair and i really love the little king crown

Best to take a screenshot and send it in to a CSR to check out and hopefully they can fix your issue. :]
