Hii!!! I recently heard that you can change stat points when u become an apprentice...is this true? If so, should I create a new character and only raise the fighting points until lvl 16 and reset the points to intelligence?

You don't get stat changes when you become an apprentice. Though you can change stats if you buy one of the items from the Fiesta Store, which does cost real money, that changes 10 stats I believe.
