I was looking through the fiesta store today and saw this item at the store and I was curiouse if I should buy it or not.
It says
Perfect Red Eye ( Grade 2 )
Decrease the Breakage Rate by 100% when enhancing a Level 2 item (10 Units)
Whats does it mean by 100%. Does it mean that it will never break. And the how do you use the 10 units?
I know this is a newbie question but I want to make sure before I buy it.

Yes, you read right! 100% NEVER breakage rate! It never breaks as long as you're using the perfect red eye! To use it just separate 1 from the stack of ten (using left shift) then place it in one of the three boxes at the bottom of the enhancing window (I think it's the middle one but it's red whatever it is). Use the appropriate stone and *voila* never breaks!
You can also use these in conjunction with the blue miles to ensure that it will never decrease a level either when you fail! Just make sure you get the right level eye for the item you want to enhance. If you're enhancing a tier1 item use perfect eye grade 1, etc. etc.
Best of luck enhancing!

Keep in mind that the enhancement can still fail, however.

yes it can still fail.
They shoul sell gold nine, the 3rd item like red eyes and blue mines.
It would help a lot of us like me, because gold nine increase the refine success.
I used so many Red Eyes and Blue Mines for having only one +9 item.
Good Luck without the Gold Nine.

IMHO, save the perfect red/blue stones (as well as the $ and effort!) for that rare, green gear that already add substantial positive stats...and is worth the effort of becoming "Ehancement God". For example, my Lv21 Archer is still using the Lv15 Green Light Bow I went all out for, that gives the following stats:
Mutation Wolf Light Bow (+9)
STR+9
DEX+4 !!
SPR+3 !
Dmg 30-43 (+58)
Crit Rate: 6%
I still don't really see the STR+9 being useful on the archer yet, but it looked high initially! The I like how the winged-bow fits with my character, and with current level (21) I am still getting 156-169 base damage per strike.
I am waiting to get my hands on a Green Lv20 bow or crossbow before I dump a bunch more money into red/blue stones. But in the meantime, I am always making more green stones for fun and profit, and now into T2.

I'm having trouble with these every time I try to use blue mile it says "The Enhancement level of the item is not matching with the requirement of blue mile"

Amilgaul, it means you should remove the blue stone. I'm guessing the mace is a "clean" mace, meaning its never been enhanced before. Get the mace to +1 with the perfect red eye, then add the perfect blue along with it when trying for +2 and onward. It should work then. :3

Has the item already enhanced to +1? If not, it will reject the blue mile...it only works to keep your weapon from going from +1 to 0, from +2 to +1 and so on...

Does it matter which Smith you go to for enhancing a weapon?
Is it possible, Smith Karls is needed for Lvl 2 weapons and Smith James is limited to Lvl 1 weapons?
Could this affect the failure rate?
Who would know this?
