When you buy something from the fiesta store. Like how i bought a Workout T-Shirt for 7 days, will they take off time when you are logged off?

Yes.

Or else it would last a REALLY long time.

That's kind of sad. Guess it forces us to play as long as possible once we purchase them then... Which means with Work/School vacations coming up the cash shop will be swamped! :)

Does it cost money at real

Yes. It costs real money! Also, the item timer will NOT start decreasing until the item is actually "activated" by taking it from the backpack and putting it into one of your characters inventory. Which means if you really wanted to, you could stock up on all those Christmas-crit suits during the sale that starts today, and have Christmas all year long :)

Uh yeah it does. That should be very obvious on the "payment methods" part of it. Go have a look to see for yourself before you ask such things. :3

Actually, as far as I can tell, the timer doesn't even start until the first time you use the item. Once you equip the item, then the timer starts and actually will tell you at exactly what game time and day the item will disappear.

Simple.

Outspark is a business, they need to make money. The time limits on things make for repeat customers. If things were permanent they would run out of resources fast. Think of the cash shop items as "rentals". You don't actually buy it, you rent it for a set time. This makes for a renewable income for them. :)
