Many users are experiencing issues with their characters and items due to the frequent server downtime. In order to properly handle each user, it is best and reccommended that use the Help (http://support.outspark.com/) link at the top of the page so that we can properly investigate and manage each issue.
If it is a character issue, be sure to include character name, server location.
If it is an item issue, include character and do your best to include date of purchase and date/time of item use (if used).

I have been asked this os many times, NO I have never bought gold and never scammed anyone infact before it dissapeared I gave a friend my lvl 30 armour and bow

U are right, there is no 'Send' feature available that I could find in IE or Firefox.

I foudn it, Go into knowledgebase and search 'Ticket' then click on the first answer and click submit a ticket at the bottom

Wow, good job.... it's not like I would have ever figured that out, but I'm glad u did. I know they will be mobbed with ppl asking for things back, so I'll just give up now and pout about my little stuff that's gone missing, been used in vain, and got wasted.

Don't count on it being a BIG help. Response is about 1 week. Also, take note that if you got some serious issues your ticket isnt going to be LOOKED at carefully, they will give you a general remark about your problem, and then you better get prepared to play email tag.

Can sum1 help me i am on teva and i my lv34 cleric+lv20 fighter dont work when i log in as 1 of them they r just standin ther doin nuthin ther r no people running around or talking but my lv13 fighter+ mage work fine this is realy annoying will i ever b able 2 play my main or alt ever again???

Ok i'm going to try this here seeing how everyone here is already talking about similar problems.You can go to the help section and go to send ticket but it'll get you nowhere!!!All you'll receive is a random generated e-mail saying your tickey has been sent and a representative will review it and get back to you if we can help you with anything else just ask thank you support staff!!!I've sent at least 6 or more tickets already and still no responce from a single human just the exact same bs every time.
I bought sparkcash 100 dollars worth 2 weeks ago i enhanced weapons and armour to +6 bought 2 sets of level up packs to not lose exp for 60 days dying 3 days after i bought my items 2 of my email accounts and my paypal was hacked i got a call from paypal and they cancelled purchases and put a limit on my account untill they could find out who got into my account.They never told me they cancelled 3 out of 4 of the payments to outspark so at 10:30pm on wednesday night i had company drop by i logged out went to relogin at midnite for 4 hours was getting errors saying password and user name wrong.I uninstalled n deleted everything fiesta redownloaded and installed dtill no login.I sent a help ticket got random message then a day later i get email saying my accounts locked temporary for cancelling funds on paypal.They also tell me if account is'nt payed and resolved in 7 days they delete my account.So now i can't login to get help in forums or find any GM or admins to help me.I built this account and went out that day bought a $250.00 prepaid Visa card and i've sent ticket after ticket with no responce.I can't send the money to them with no e-mail adress or phone number to send it too.I've been 4 days unable to play sending message after message giving them 3 different email adresses and my phone number to let me pay them the money and unlock my account so i can get back to playing spend more money on sparkcash to finish enhancing my shield,shirt,and flail but still i get no responce!!!So now my workout suit and my level up packs which cost real money and have a 30 day time limit are sitting now for 4 days butning up on me and in 3 more days i'll lose everything i have because you can't get anyone from billing or support to answer you.So if any of you here read this and you work for Outspark i'd appretiate an answer i'm tired of typing message after message to support and getting no reply accept random spam mails saying you've read my ticket and you'll get back to me.I think you're waiting until the last minute myself to suck more cash out of me knowing that i'll pay it because now i'm hooked on this stupid game!!!!I've had a new email new paypal and new credit card since the day before you froze my account and if you'd read the tickets i've sent you'd of had your money and i'd of been level 50 by now but instead i've had to sit here for 4 days unable to play because i refuse to restart a fresh character and spend money leveling it up when i have over 500silver worth of weapons armour and inventory that you're holding hostage.I'll repeat here what i wrote in my ticket if i sit here telling you over and over all my info to get you to take your money and you delete my account then good luck collecting it after deleting me because as soon as my accounts gone so is your money because i'll delete my paypal account and i'll have no reason to play this game any more i'll move on to something else.It just sux to spend 4 months and 100 dollars of real money to work at whats supposed to be a free game just to lose everything because you either don't have enough support staff to handle all the problems with this game.Or you just don't care either way i'd appretiate a reply on here just once in 7 days so i know if i'm ever gonna be playing again or not!!!

Hello gm/player, i buyed from 10 euro's some perfect red eye's grade 2 and perfect blue miles grade 2,when i buyed it, i saw it was for lv 30+ items, im only level 21(22), i didnt knew it cuz i cant read it there, i was really upset and i buyed red eye tier 4 and blue mile grade 4, when i buyed tht i saw it was for even HIGHER levels, PLEASE help me with this couse i rly want my spark cash back for the GOOD items, thanks if u can help me

I got hacked too... but not as bad as you since I dun use paypal. try PMing the GMs the ticketing thing doesnt work no one ever reponeses there.
My hacked account is K_Avidity. my main is XiaoZakuro. I've PMed the GMs too but I dont seem to b able to get the message thru. I SAID my MSN ACCOUNT WAS HACKED so how the HECK CAN I LOGIN TO IT and send the verification mail WHEN I DUNT HAVE IT. when I 1st played this game I expected not to get hacked like other games but I did get hacked! I and my friend set up a forum abt my hacked acc and I wonder IF ANY GMs actually read it thru.

My mage does that too i have a lvl 25 mage and i login and i freeze and it just kicks me off someone fix it and seriously all the gms get off your butts and get to work
