Welcome to the Outspark community forums.
We have provided this space for you to hang out and exchange ideas with other Outspark members. We respect that you have your own opinions and ideas, and encourage you to share them here.
Occasionally, when people voice opinions, disagreements may arise. Be nice when disagreeing with others; debating the opinion is appropriate, but criticizing or attacking the person behind the opinion is not allowed. These work best when people treat each other with courtesy and respect. Be nice. Don’t be a jerk.
The guidelines and rules listed below explain what behavior is expected of you and what behavior you can expect from other community members. Note that the following guidelines are not exhaustive, and may not address all manner of offensive behavior. As such, Outspark Inc. ("Outspark") has full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate.
Your access to these forums is a “privilege,” and not a “right.” Outspark reserves the right to suspend your access at any time for reasons that include, but are not necessarily limited to, your failure to abide by these guidelines.
You must have an active Outspark account to post on our forums. Your forum account is linked to your game account. If you are suspended or banned from a game, you will not be able to post on the forums. As such, you are responsible for following not only these Forum Rules but also the Outspark Terms of Service (http://www.outspark.com/legal) and Community Guidelines (http://www.outspark.com/guidelines) at all times.
Here are some suggestions to help make your interactions on our forums more pleasant:
Be Clear
You’ll get better and faster replies if people can understand your posts. All posts/threads must be in English. Threads/Posts that are not in English may be deleted or closed. Avoid from using shorthand, "1337” speak, or other styles that are difficult for some people to understand.
Be Original
Search to see if the topic has already been covered before creating a new thread.
Be Organized
Create threads in the appropriate forum section. For example, discussion of Fiesta items should be posted to the Item Discussion section of the Fiesta Forum. Incorrectly categorized posts may be moved or deleted by forum moderators.
Be Relevant
Stay on topic. If a thread wanders too far from the original topic it may be closed or deleted.
The original poster (OP) of a thread has the right to request a thread be closed and/or deleted at any time for any reason. The OP has the ability to delete their own thread by deleting their initial post, and may do so at any time for any reason.
Signature and Image Size Limits
Signatures and other images will be automatically resized so they do not exceed the maximum size limit.
Be Yourself
Don't pretend to be someone you're not. Your account may be deleted if you impersonate others such as Outspark members, Outspark employees or celebrities.
Keep Private Communications Private
Private communications between two parties is not to be made public on these forums or by any other venue. You are not permitted to publicize any private correspondence (including email, Private Message, in-game chat logs, etc.) without permission.

Questions or comments concerning your Outspark account status should be conveyed through our support ticket system. Likewise, discussions regarding account actions are not permitted on the forum. If you have questions regarding a post or thread that has been removed or subject to other moderation, feel free to submit a ticket to discuss it.

In addition to the guidelines above, the following are specifically restricted:
* You may not use profane language and acronyms, or profane images. This includes adding, substituting or removing characters to mask inappropriate words.

* You may not create threads or posts that “petition” or “lobby” for game features, additions, changes, or other issues. * You may not create “quitting” threads.
* You may not “blacklist” any person, guild, or group. If you feel someone has committed a Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Forum Rules violation, submit a ticket to Customer Support.
