Since some of you are new. And just didn't download, install, log on and spam saying how I do this and that. You came here for help.
A fast way to make money!
Well you start in Roumen RIGHT?!?!? SO... You're level 1. And you can do the beginners quest and learn some of the stuff in this guide. (I surely did not do that quest)
Walk north past many stalls and spammers to find a clearing with small purple mobs. Called Slime. Start killing slime for drops (Old Dusts, Tough Meat, Summoned Beast Leather, ETC.) Go to Item Merchant Pey, or Skill Master Ruby, or any of those NPC Merchants and go to "Purchase". You see what the person sells. The price does not change of the item you sell at a certain merchant. So if its 3 copper at Skill Master Ruby, its 3 copper at Item Merchant Pey. Sell those items for about 3 copper each. Or you can sell them to the mushroom stalls at the opening of the clearing for maybe 4 or 5 copper. Except that may take longer. And some of the stalls are empty and make you agravated. (Happens to me alot)
How to gain a few exp points!
Since you made a few coins you're off to a great start. Go north into the clearing and kill slime. Slime give you 1 experience point no matter what level you are. So to a level 1 slime fills 1 dot of experience. Kill 10 slime at level 1 you get to level 2. If you feel your to "Advanced" for slime kill mushrooms. They give you more experience. And after your a confident level 3 or 4 go a little north and theres a fork well a backwards fork. Go through the Forest of Mist gate. And kill mushrooms, slime, speedy slime, and after a higher level Hero Slime and Mushroom Fighters, and Slow Slime. Remember to pick up the monsters drops to sell to the merchants.
Note: Whenever you level up you get something called a skill point. You can use this "skill point" to make one skill go as many skill points as you have up. I
recommend starting to put it on END skill. It raises your Max HP, Defence, and Shield Block. So its a very useful skill. Keep raising END till its about +25. Then start working on others skills like STR and INT and stuff like that.
Well I hope this kills some of your questions!
