Connection Problem!!!

When i put my email and password in and log on, the screen is white for about 3-5 min and then the opening thing comes up and says "connection to servers has failed." then when i press ok, it goes out. ive tried it 3 times and all the same thing. plz help i wanna play badly!:( sorry if this is the wrong category. i meen its about getting started. :o
