Well, that is quite a high level, but if you aren't content with your character and know you can get back up there, then sure, go for it. I had a level twenty-one mage, and messed something up on it, so I restarted and am back to level twenty-five now. :D

Depends on what you do. If you solo on low maps you can just go POW at first. If you want to keep soloing and keep up with the maps lvl wise, then you can get by with Pow and Sta at first. If you want to party alot then you might want Pow and a equal split of Agi/Sta at first. I recommend 1 point Pow per level, except every level divisble by 5 put those points into a secondary stat like Agi or Sta. Around level 40 start investing into Men. Agi shouldn't have to go beyond the 17th point, and you should invest 5 points into wisdom on 35th lvl and the 36th lvl for burning. 16 points into Men should give a 90 hit rate and 10/10 crit/skill crit. If you spam skills then Pow, Agi(17) will give a nice Skill crit. Sta is best if you need to keep up with dmg giving by mobs on higher levels. Men will reduce misses, and is a great stat to finish rounding the squire out. Agi(17) and Men(16) would be good caps so you can invest the rest into Pow and Sta. Again this is just my opinion.

Im not to sure on your stats.
STA Sucks
and pick between AGI or MEN, other wise your POW will really suffer
i'd say the 3 builds to choose from are:
Pure POW
2 POW / 1 AGI
2 POW / 1 MEN

Sta isn't required if you stick to maps well below your level. Go to maps your level or higher and you will understand. Being able to go to a map that has your next tier of EQ is a big bonus and squires can pull it off with Sta. You're not playing a squire right if you don't put points into sta. Check my posts for what I have to say on that.
Men doesn't give Pow. Squires don't need faster skill casting, nor do the need high standard crits. Skill crit is handled by Agi. That's pow + skill crit. I can see Men being used towards the later levels to round the character out, but that's about it.

Whats the math behind the points? It looks like you have to add X ammount of Agil to get 1 Attack point and so forth. Does anyone know the exact formula?
I party With a Cleric and rely on the Squire for the main damage and tanking. Going full Pow worked so far.

Can you explain the 16 MEN cap? I know that 17 AGI = attack 0.1 seconds faster, but 16 MEN?

Crits go up to 10 and you get 90 hit.

So cap agi at 17 and men at 16 then what ratio between pow and sta? and at what lvl to start adding sta? Right now my stat is 24pow, 4 agi,3men,4sta. So whats next? And where can i train for good solo/party exp?

For now, just keep poinduing pow, you will need a good enough base of it before you actually go for the other stats.
I would suggest pow at least to 34.
Now, if you're the tipe of person who just spams skills and no normal hits in between, then you shouldn't really increase agi, just men. Either way, it would probably be better to raise men till around 12 of it, then go with the agi if it's usefull for you and then some more pow to increase your overall damage. Once thats done, go for the 16 men and by now you should be hitting around lvl 50.
Once all that's done, you could start pumping sta till what you consider a good amount and then keep going with pow.
