Hi! Sorry for another interruption, but once again, I think I need your help!! I have two questions on 2 quests:

1st question: On the quest for the lost necklace of beltranis, HOW DO U DO IT?!?! how do u even find the lost neckalce of beltranis?

2nd question: On the heart of glass quest, I need to deliver a letter to telcalf...where's telcalf?

The Necklace can be found killing white snakes. they eventually drop a necklace. This needs to go to hotel in Birnhild.

Telcalf can be found just south of East Gate in Essene. You then need to take his reply back to Lotrine
