i have a quest the town cheaf asked me to do and i have to go to echo cave and it says ""Roumen miners palmers and Ruyquin will quide you to Echo cave"" and Who r they???

they're the miners in forest of tides, sea of greed, and sandy beach that take you to echo cave.
look on your map, they will show up as an NPC. you have to have bought a pick and the mining skill to mine for ore though.
