Question about contacting a CSR

I'm just wondering what file types are supported for sending in an attachment. AVI didn't work for a video so what file formats can you use for images and videos?

Usually, just send a PM to a CSR, and when they reply you can discuss from there. Try third party hosting sites if you wanna show vids or pictures :3
