Question on Flags?

Hey people, I don't know, since I've never seen it before.

My question is: I know that when the timer runs out, the guild with more points wins, but, if a guild has less points, but they have all 5 of the flags when it runs out, will they win?

Well..the rules state you can win by a few ways.
1: Time Limit with most points
2: No one shows from opposing Team
3: Hold all flags for 2 minutes (regardless of who's leading in pints I believe)

Well, yeah, I know those...and it's actually 1 min 30 seconds to hold all flags and win. Appreciate it though.
