Tier3 Decomposition

Tier2 decomposition make you money as you know. Most of mid quality materials yield 14~20s low quality materials.

Normally, I buy mid-quality summon beast leather for 160-200c in Bijou server. One MQ SBL decomp to 14 LQ sbl. In bijou LQ sbl can be sold 20c each. So, even I pay 200c for MQ sbl, I still make 80c profit. Or If I use it for making scroll, I make even greater profit.

Alchemy stone is cheap in bijou. So, I am not going to talk about it.

Tier3 decomposition.

1 HQ materical usually decomp to only only only 3-5 MQ mats.

For example, 1 High quality beast dogtooth decomp to 3 mid-quality dogtooth.
If I sell, high qualtiy tooth to npc, I get 200c. 3x MQ dogtooth[50c each] is only 150c. I lose 50c each. If I decomp and sell it to npc.

Usally I can buy MQ dogtooth for 80c each from another player. High Quality beast dogtooth worth 500-1 silver in bijou, cuz of its quest material.

Only High lvl sbl make little profit, but the problem is, it takes too much time to buy high lvl sbl from another players. 1 HQ sbl---> 3 MQ sbl. sigh..

I'd rather just grind or go for ggk/ cg.. I have spend hours and hours for increasing decomp skills yet. From Teir3, it just doesn't make profit much.

I think, they should increase it to at least 7-10. Total wasting of time from Tier3 decomp skill. Its just better to farm mushrooms.. :(

T3 SBL - 3x T2 SBL - 42 T1 SBL

You pay 500c for T3 (even though you can find them for 350-400 easily enough if you look)
You turn around and sell 42 T1 SBL for 20c each. Thats 840 Copper....still able to 2x profit....Nothing wrong with decomp....yet that is.

Yeah .. thats the point. only sbl make some profit.

however, for like grow dim dust .
1 tier3 dim dust decomp to only 3x tier2 dim dust.
In bijou, players sell their tier3 dim dust for 240-250c which makes each one for 80-83c each. I have tried to sell dim dust for 90c each. and it's not easy. People are not buying it for 90c.

one mid-quality dogtooth worth 70-80c only from another players in bijou. If I get lucky and buy tier3 dogtooth for even 250c, I need to sell it for 90c+ otherwise I lose money...

tier2 decomp makes money, but still tier3 doesnt make money. and as I mentioned, It takes long long time to buy just 50 stack of tier3 sbl in bijou server.... sigh..

What casper was saying was that if you decomped twice, once from high to mid, then from the mids to lows, then you make all sorts of money on lq, or you can always up your scroll making too.

Oh. I see. and you r right, If I decomp tier3--> tier2-->tier1. and make scrolls or stone product. But, I am saying there is no reason to buy tier3 materials. It's faster and cheaper buying tier2 material from another players and decomp to tier1 in bijou server.

The problem is, I don't make tier1 scrolls/stone any more... too much time consuming yet not much profit. My scrolls about 16000 now. I sell tier2/3 aim scroll.

If I go to ancient elven woods and farm herbs/ mushroom.. Each mushroom and herbs give 3 mats most of time. and Npc buy each mat for 100c-200c.

There is some competitions with farming in AEW now. But still it makes more profit than making tier1 scrolls.. Beside, I don't have tier2/ tier3 vit/ shield learning skill scroll.... :(

I'm to lazy to read the whole thing but the whole point of material decompose is not to make u money when u decompose them CUZ THAT WOULD BE STUPID. The whole point is to get u the materials and make some awesome items to sell for a lot of money.

EXAMPLE: decompose your t3 dusts into tier2 and make yoursefl some xir2 with it, that will make u a lot more money. ;)

THAT applies for materials u use in scroll making skills and other ENOUGH SAID.

making xir2 from t3 give much less profit. it's better to sell tier3 stone mats to npc for 200c each. And buy tier2 stone product mats from another player and making xir2 would be cheaper and faster in bijou server.

My whole point is, there is no reason to raise teir3 decomp. at least yet.... Tier2 decomp is enough.

Increasing Tier3 decomp requires lots money for now. Need 20000+ alchemy stone/ need to just decomp<-->comp silver ores/ lossing money by buying t3 mats---> decomp--->sell t2 mat to another player again/ each skill costs 7-10s..

T3 decomp is the best.

My decomp is at 180k So i'm very knowledgeable in it.

Also since i do scrolls I need to sometimes Decomp T3 items into T2 to use. So it's very useful.

I am only at 26k... mabye t3 decomp is good in teva or apoline. but in bijou.
better to just sell t3 materials to npc ... except HQ sbl.. sigh..

multiply 27 with 200 and u get around 5.4silver. ONE xir2 sells for 15s AT LEAST in Teva so tell me how did u concluded that 5.4sivler makes u more profit than 15s :confused:

xir2 does make you profit. I didn't say, making stone+scroll don't make money.

I am saying. lets say t3 soul dust is 300c to npc. If I decomp it with t3 alchemy stone, I get t2 3x dim soul dusts.

Now, that means, My t2 dust should be more than 100c each.
The problem is. I can buy t2 soul dust for 70c easy from another players.

If I just sell t3 soul dust to npc, I get 300c. And If i buy 3x t2 soul dust from another player. its 210c. If I sell t3 soul dust to npc and buy it from another player, I gain about 100c[alchemy stone],

T3 soul dust[300c to npc]-->decomp-->3x t2[210c to/from another player]--->lose 90c+ alchemy stone.

Beside xir2 in bijou worth only 7-10s....

it just depends on what you do with ur mats. if u sell it to the shop, you lose money. if you sell it to people, you gain money. if you create stuff and then sell the stuff, you would USUALLY gain money. it just depends on wat you do with the mats

HE IS ABOSULITLY RIGHT coz iam Step4 Decompiser n can make tons of T2 and T3 alrdy by buying HQ mats and decompis it :D
