Reset Of Stat Points!

Hello i am a neophyte and i am wondering if you get the opportunity to change the stat, when you are going to become rough/archer etc?

When you did became neophyte you did change your stat points because you diden't have what the Guild Master required for you.

you can when you switch to scout (archer)

nobody has reached Rogue yet so we don't know
