How do i get the production skill for shield increase tier2? I could not find it in npc in elderine or roumen.

I THINK that you can get it in Uruga. Not sure though.

Many tier2 recipe scrolls can be purchased with fame( not money) from Item Merchant Nina in Elderine. You may want to check there.

shield t2 and vit t2...... i dont have those either even tho i can already make t2 scrolls. ITEM MERcHANT NINA? hmmmm i dont think so! Nina gives t3 recipe but no t2 for shield and vit. Could anyone tell us pls. And in uruga?.... Errr no skill merchant there. :mad:

sheild, vitality are rare drops only a few people have them right now try piggie bats in mt. u might get lucky and a drop in 500+ piggie bats

Skillmaster Ruby under the Alchemy tab. Use the arrows near bottom of window to navigate through the various pages of recipes. You will find them. :)

As of right now, tier 2 and tier 3 vitality and def scrolls cannot be purchased.

I've heard it's an extremely rare drop from some mobs, but I dunno.

yeah. extreamly rare drop from piggybats in MT

It should drop in lvl 40 battle ground.. but we don't have battle field in this servers yet...

That is entirely up to you. You can buy it or farm it yourself. That is a personal decision.

actually there si a skill merchant in uruga you have to climb up a big leg of stiars on the top right side of the map:cool:

and... if you know where he is, could you please check if he has T2 or T3 vit ,def, and speed scrolls then?

Thanks i try then killing 500 piggy bats already kill 300 but not drop

The shield one is in the same place. I believe it's called "Magic Def" Scroll or something at Ruby's. They fixed the "Power" scroll to finally say "Aim", but I think the Shield/Def one still says "Magic Def". You'll know because it's the only other one you can buy at Skill Lvl 0 besides the "Aim" Scroll.
