Ok ive downloaded Fiesta and opened it typed my email and password in and clicked login then it came up with :
There is a problem logging you in:
412: Obsolete version detected. Please update your Outspark software to the latest supported version in order to login.
I'm guessing I need to update it but where?

The 412 Error means that you are running an Old Unsupported Version of the Game Client. Installing the newest patch should resolve this issue for you. If for some reason you are unable to automatically update your game client, feel free to use the manual patch link located here:
http://cdn2.outspark.com/patches/fiesta/Fiesta.Patch.1.2.72.exe
If you continue to have problems with our patch server, you can send us an email at support@outspark.com and we can then assist you further. When you send the email, could you please include the following details:
1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email
By default, this file is located at
C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe
