my launcher doesn't start it stays in applying patch and stay there how i do to start the game

Many users are receiving this issue and we are well aware of it happening. It can occur when your launcher is failing to automatically apply the new patch and therefore will not let you log in. Fortunately, installing the new patch manually should resolve this issue.

If you continue to have problems with our patch server, you can send us an email at support@outspark.com and we can then assist you further. When you send the email, could you please include the following details:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

Hey for me it just that the log in button won't like come uyp so i can click it to log in
