Disconnected

I am getting disconnected after the new patch. Am I the only one with this problem?

There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider. I suggest contacting them directly to ask if they are perhaps limiting your connection to our servers. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) and/or Anti-Virus software you are running are disabled

I have been trying to download the latest patch so I can start playing again but when i click the link it just opens up as save file....but the save file button is grayed out?? what do
I do?

i've been getting Huge lag and dc's too and so has my girlfriend (she is US i'm UK so different connections) all since the new patch

lots of people are. we have been told to just sit and wait untill the next patch comes to fix it.
