How to sell junk to NPCs

I've been looking everywhere on the site/forums, no luck.

I asked a few people ingame, got the general answer of "right click an NPC", but nothing happens when I do that.

First you click a npc and choose purchase but dont buy anything.
Then you rightclick on the item you wanna sell in your inventory.
Hold in shift while rightclick item, to select how many you wanna sell.

to get a title like apprentice merchant sell all items one by one and have a lot of items when you do. Do it all in a row

200 is not alot mind you.. a lot means around.. say.. 500 to 1000 ^_^
