Where to get copper ore(low quality) and topaz?I need it to enhance my sword.

you'll mine them in the echo caves with a mining skill and a pickaxe, bought from master ruby and merchant pey respectively.. topaz is a rare drop while mining copper ore

You can get Copper Ore {LQ, Med, HQ}, Topaz, Silver Ore {LQ, Med, HQ}, and Rubies from Gold Hill KQ.

All Copper and Topaz from Echo Cave.
All Silver and Ruby from Windy Cave.
Gold Ore {LQ, Med, HQ} and Sapphire (?) from Golden Cave (?).
