How do i insert a pic on a forum?

ok i need to kno how to insert a pic and when i try it have a x in it plz help

When youre typing up a thread and you want to add an attachment scroll down and look for a button called "Manage Attachments" Click "Browse" and find the file you wish to attach :)

but the thing im adding is a image like a image of me in gameplay but when i put in the url it comes to a x and the file is to big for to attach:confused:

Sorry I just caught on to what you're trying to ask. Simply find a picture from google or another source, save it to a folder and go to this website http://imageshack.us/ , Next click browse and open up the picture and click the "host it" tab. Wait for it to upload and you should get about 4 forum addresses I cant remember which one you have to use but use this for an example. Copy and paste the Forum 1 address and then on the outspark forums click private messages. Look to the left and you should see a column. Click the "edit my signature" tab and paste the address in the text box. If that doesnt work go back and get the forum 2 address.
