Click on my account on the bar on the side of the screen. Then go to edit. Scroll down to comment settings and there will be a little signature box. Type what you want to put in there. Then scroll all the way down and hit submit.

After thats all done the sig will appear in your comment box before each post so be sure to delete it (don't worry it will still show up when you post).
