Someone help me on how to refine weapons magician. Where refine? What items needed for the refinement? ETC. A guide for refinement if possible? Thanks.

You need a xen stone as with every other refine. Hard to get item, you probably don’t have one. You anyway can’t refine till lvl 35 as far as I know. Get the +1 weapon from mobs if you’re strong enough or else buy from a store. That’s it.
