Lvl. 30 Mace or hammer?

Should I buy a mace or hammer?

I'm lvl 31 and too poor to buy one yet, but I will.

My preferences are:

Loves to clank (see kholai's clanking guide)

Solos very often

Misses every 4/5 hits without buff

Loves to hit high

Loves crits

likes hitting fast

Uses sp often

Has a moderate amount of hp (709)

If you don't like hammer pick a mace. Duh.

Mace has high accuracy and attack speed, but lower damage and crit rate. Hammer has higher damage and crit, but lower speed and accuracy.

In my opinion, any Clerics that are END build should pick Hammer over Mace. Mace would only be good to use if the Cleric was Str built thus can take advantage of attacking faster with the extra damage from the Str.

for clanking, its definitely better to use a mace over the hammer.

but for me, use a hammer. you can make up for the loss of aim with a power scroll. but, you don't see a scroll that increases damage don't you?

you ask what people think you should go for, yet when people say hammer you through back that you miss alot, over and over, pick the mace and don't ask questions you don't want answers too lol

Buy a Hammer with DEX and look Aim information and compare with basic Hammer. Save money or sell items (Stone, Scroll, etc) to buy one.
