Welcome to Eruption guild :), I [admin Shinra_Betta] would like to start by saying welcome to the family. We are a mainly pve guild focused toward end game content.
We reward good behavior and discourage childish acts,
Enuff banter on that Ill discuss policies on certain subjects:
I'll be developing a strike system for those that disobey our rules, the strikes can't be given by just one Admin its a collective team effort. Should Gm Fresh to Peda ,choose he can issue a strike. These strikes will diminish over time [yet to be discussed]
Pvp:
We don't frown upon pvp, use fbz for exactly what it is, make sure you have fun. Should you get teamed/spammed feel free call for guildies. We want you to feel safe and care for you, while ensuring your game is fun. While I wish we could always come to aide there's times when your non afk vending or questing and just cant leave that grind party, If no one can come and its stressing you out just remember we are your in game family and don't care if you leave fbz, we actually commend such actions.
If your in fbz and see a guildie gettn spammed, dont be scared to get spammed. Family doesnt turn its back >:| EVER. Mess with one of us u deal with all of us.
If your known as the drama starter in fbz and constantly ask for hlp in fbz, a warning can be issued and a strike will be issued following , as its detrimental to guild reputation
Pve:
We do farm Ln,Sl,Ml,Hg and our alts might farm lower lvl dungeons
While Ln and the other low lvl dungeons are more lenient on drops when it comes to Raid drops and such we have a order system, while i would like it to be "oldest player in guild" or " Most active in those raids" Be assured its gonna be fair and favoritism wont be shown. Gm Fresh has the list and i will be posting it here as soon as i have it.

4. No bickering..unless your making fun of Pablo ;)
