wich class to choose?

Hey , im new , and i wanna know wich character to pick..
like i want to know what class is specialized for who and what

and all those kind of important stuff

and of course wich one is the most recommended :)

It mostly matters on what attributes of a character you'd like the most. Macig, healing, power, or just shooting something. It's all up to you, also the classes are specialized in what you see they are.

there is no recommendation.. you play and learn at the same time..

well things are quick and easy till lvl 10.. so you might want to have each class get to lvl 10 and see what you like ^_^

choose fighter if you want to tank

choose cleric if you want to heal

choose mage if you want to deal insane amounts of damage at little time

choose archer if you want to deal DOT, and fight safely from a distance

BUT!!!!

if you ask me what my recommendation for your first char, i'd say you go pick a cleric. you can make lots of money if you're one.

Of course it's totally dependent on how YOU like to play...

but here's my opinion: Having done both archer and cleric to ~lvl26, and Fighter to lvl10, I would highly recommend Cleric. Life is fun as a cleric. ESPECIALLY in a party, never a dull moment! You can fight monsters higher than yourself, you get to heal, you get a cool looking hammer at level20+, plus you don't have to spend alot of time buying potions and stones.

Try it, but be warned, you may bet spammed with requests for heals/buffs/and rez's. Consider yourself Warned!
